POCATELLO — The Pocatello branch of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People is seeking nominations of members in the community who are performing exemplary community service. The award is presented annually to an individual(s) or organization in the community whose contributions embody Dr. King’s vision of service to others and furthers the commitment to diversity and inclusion. The winner(s) will be honored at the annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration on Jan. 14.
Nominations should include:
— Nominee — Name, address, phone, email.
— Community organization(s) with which this person works.
— Description of community service, volunteer work and/or human rights advocacy.
— Nominator — Name, address, phone, email.
NAACP requests permission to publish names and photographs.
