Circulation Manager

The Idaho State Journal currently has a full-time opening for a Circulation Manager. This position is responsible for managing home delivery staff and supervising single copy and contract hauling. The Circulation Manager ensures customer satisfaction through on time delivery each day. Other responsibilities include coordinating recruitment, contracting and orientation of independent contractors, as well as growing and retaining circulation. Position can include some early mornings and route delivery on publication days Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday

Candidates for this position should

• Possess management experience
• Be well organized
• Be customer service oriented
• Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Be prepared to learn company’s circulation software

We are looking for individuals with high energy, superior work ethic, strong people skills, a commitment to teamwork and a strong desire to succeed. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance.
