Welcome to the 2019 Health and Wellness Expo. The Idaho State Journal, HealthWest and Bingham HealthCare are proud to bring you this educational and family friendly event. Meet local businesses that can help you transform your approach to staying healthy and keeping fit at home and work. Vendors will be providing free screenings, information, flu shots and much more.

The event will be held Saturday October 5, from 8 am - 1 pm at the Stephens Performing Arts Center, 1002 Sam Nixon Dr. in Pocatello near the University. This is a free event and open to the public.
