Mr. Malloy, thanks anyway, but you can stop trying to persuade me to vote for President Donald Trump. I’m already fully behind candidate Trump and need no further encouragement. Nevertheless, I’ll unpack the points in Mr. Malloy’s interesting column of February 12th.

Yes, everyone knows the Republican primary game is already over. Donald Trump will be the Republican candidate and very likely the next president of the United States. When Mr. Malloy’s current favorite, Nikki Haley, lost to “None of These Candidates” 63.2% to 30.5% with Trump not even on the primary ballot in a Democratic state like Nevada, then yes, we know the game is over.

Then Nikki lost to Trump in New Hampshire by double digits, and that’s with 70% of her votes coming from democratic crossover voters. Without those spoiler democrat’s crossover votes in the open Republican primary Nikki would have lost to Trump by a staggering percentage. (An example of the fraud that can be expected in an open primary and a warning to Idaho.)

On February 24th Trump will trounce Nikki in her home state. Perhaps then even the never-Trumpers will “get it.”

Mr. Malloy asserts that “...so many Republicans would prefer to have the worst person ever to serve as president.” Let’s unpack the word “prefer” first. One can “prefer” chocolate ice cream over vanilla. The preference for candidate Trump is something else altogether.

Those who vote based on the economic and international performance of Trump’s 45th presidential term have more than just a simple preference for an actual border, low inflation, energy independence, no wars, 3% mortgage rates, and reined-in dictators in Russia, North Korea, China, and Iran. Even Democratic mayors now beg for wall-like relief from the floods of illegal aliens. No subtle preference there.

This is not a ranked-choice moment where petty “preferences” prevail. Folks, and not just MAGA devotees, are sincerely and thoroughly fed up with the political establishment in all its public corruption, two-tiered justice system, open borders, misplaced priorities, and no consequences unaccountably. Why can’t the never-Trumpers read the room?

As for Trump being the, “...worst person to ever serve as president.”; really? Let’s talk about that “as president” phrase. In contrast, let’s say that the finest person who was president in recent memory is Jimmy Carter. OK, how did that work out for the USA? Faithful to his wife, check. Accepted the reality and wise commandments of a higher being, check. For a president, he was a humble man. His conduct post-presidency has been admirable. The man is a wonderful person, but he was a terrible president.

While Carter was president inflation was legendary. Unemployment skyrocketed. We had gas lines around the block at double the price with a ten-gallon fill-up limit. Who can forget 55-mile-per-hour speed limits? The USSR invaded Afghanistan. The USA was shamed by an Iranian rabble and botched a rescue mission. At this level of the game, nice guys really do finish last. Sounds so much like what we’ve been living through these past three years with the kindly unifier, President Joe Biden, at the helm.

I’ll take New York’s rude, “worst person”, but effective Trump any day of the week and fully discount the corrupt fake news image the press and Democratic leaders have made Trump out to be. So many lies upon lies have been told about Trump. The opposing views and counter-evidence have been and are still censored to death.

On to Mr. Malloy’s peek into President Trump’s next term in office:

Regardless of who is elected in 2024 more and more evidence is coming out about election crimes in the 2020 election. More malefactors will be exposed and if there’s even a bit of justice, prosecuted. Yes, this will make the news on honest platforms, if not in the mainstream media. In or out of office Trump will certainly make comments on such an important topic. Sounds reasonable to me.

To the agony of the left more previously hidden and censored facts are emerging about January 6th. There will likely be further analysis and interest in the causes, inadequate preparation, and the draconian judicial processes that followed. Perhaps some measure of proportional justice will prevail for the “misfit” grandmothers and those entrapped by federal provocateurs. Sounds fair to me.

As far as the unprecedented law-fare attacks on Trump go, appeals and overturned judgments will make the news. Worse than witch hunts, this is a reenactment of Hitler’s People’s Court where Trump is the “Volk Vermin” for the devoted democrats and fellow RINOs. Who wouldn’t call it out for what it is? How obvious does the two-tiered justice system have to be when Biden won’t be prosecuted because he’s old and has a bad memory? Only the willfully blind won’t see it for what it is.

Does chaos follow Trump around? I sure hope so. It usually means he’s over the target of some corruption, some hypocrisy, or something stupid that hurts America. Perhaps he sees too clearly what’s wrong and stirs the pot prematurely, but that’s better than diplomatically putting up with a steaming mess.

Will those at risk of losing power or money try to impeach President Trump #47? Sure they will. Will it be warranted? Based on the impeachment attempts when Trump was president #45, probably not. And by the way, as long as we are making up imaginary straw men, I’m pretty sure that if Nikki were president and tried to make America great again she would be impeached too. The left and the Democratic money machine will only love Nikki as a foil to Trump in this primary race.

As to Trump jokes, have pity on the poor writers. It’s all they are allowed to joke about. Anyway, those who get their news and political advice from late-night liberal comedians are already a hopeless case.

This brings us to Nikki, (Nimrata Randhawa), Ms. “I’m not loyal to anyone”, herself. It only took a “carnival barker”, Vivek Ramaswamy, in the Republican also-ran debates to nail Nikki speechless to the floor as he accurately described her as an enriched tool of the defense industry and under the thumb of Democratic deep state money.

Nikki is a fabrication of a Republican candidate and is not committed to making America great. She is also delusional claiming that she took 12 fellows (other candidates) down with just one (Trump) remaining. News flash to Nikki, you didn’t take any candidates down. Trump took those 12 down and you are just number 13.

So why should the Republicans nominate Trump? Actually, I rather like the idea of a great America First empire based on economic fair play, sound money, controlled legal immigration that benefits our citizens, unquestionable military dominance to prevent wars, and constitutionally sound social justice values with actual equal justice for all.

In closing, I offer a “Well done” to Mr. Malloy. Your terms are acceptable. If the points in your column represent the most serious objections to Trump you’ve certainly convinced me that he is the best candidate for the job.
