Pocatello’s Payton Fehringer finished second at the Idaho Women’s State Amateur from June 20-22 at Buhl’s Clear Lake Country Club.

The Highland High School alumna shot a three-round gross score of 15-over par 231 (78-74-79), to claim second place and a $200 purse. Boise’s Anna Kittelson finished first with a gross score of 10-over 226. Challis’ Kelli Ann Strand finished fourth at 241.
