n Former Idaho Attorney General Jim Jones will conduct speaking and book-signing events in Idaho Falls and Pocatello on Wednesday and Thursday. Jones will recount the historic Swan Falls water fight between the State of Idaho and Idaho Power Company in 1983-1985 and how the resulting settlement agreement established Idaho’s current water policy. Jones’ schedule includes the following: Presentation to the Idaho Falls Rotary Club at noon on Wednesday at the Shilo Inn. Jones will recognized the significant contributions of water lawyer Ray Rigby of Rexburg to a successful resolution of the water fight. And from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Idaho Falls Barnes & Noble Store. Jones will sign copies of his book about the Swan Falls conflict, A Little Dam Problem. Presentation to the Pocatello Rotary Club at noon on Thursday at the Clarion Inn.
