Bingham Healthcare is proud to welcome three highly skilled and caring team members to its new Senior Life Solutions program: Megan Brown as Program Director, Rochelle Hickman as Therapist, and Betsy Parise as Office and Patient Coordinator.

Listed are their roles and responsibilities:

Program Director – Directing and coordinating the activities of program staff to ensure quality patient care and providing community education to create awareness of the program.

Office and Patient Coordinator (OPC) – Providing quality administrative and clerical services for the program staff and assisting Senior Life Solutions’ patients with care needs.

Therapist – Providing therapeutic services for patients utilizing group, individual, and family therapy sessions. They will focus on quality patient care and provision of services ordered by a physician.

Megan Brown, Program Director, brings over 12 years of experience in healthcare to her role, beginning her career as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She earned her B.S. in Psychology from Boise State University in 2015 and later completed her Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ABSN) at Idaho State University in 2023. Megan has worked across a range of care settings, with a strong focus on behavioral health. Most recently, she served as a charge nurse in the Behavioral Health Unit at Portneuf Medical Center, where she provided leadership and compassionate care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. Her background uniquely combines mental health insight with clinical expertise, positioning her to lead with both empathy and strategic vision.

Megan shares, “I’m incredibly excited to step into this new role and help launch a program that reflects both our team’s dedication and the evolving needs of our community. This is a meaningful opportunity to build something that truly supports our patients and creates lasting impact.”

Rochelle Hickman, Therapist, brings more than 11 years of experience in the fields of geriatric psychiatry, hospital social work, and crisis intervention, along with a strong commitment to providing compassionate, trauma-informed evidence-based care.

She earned her bachelor’s degree from Idaho State University and her master’s degree in social work from Northwest Nazarene University. Throughout her career, she has worked in diverse settings, supporting individuals with complex needs and advocating for improved mental health services.

Most recently, she worked as a clinician with the Idaho Department of Corrections, where she specialized in crisis intervention, suicide risk assessment, and acute mental health stabilization for incarcerated individuals. In this role, she responded to urgent mental health needs, developed individualized treatment plans, and provided both short-term crisis counseling and ongoing therapeutic support in a high-intensity environment.

Rochelle expressed her enthusiasm for the new role, stating, “Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of helping people through some of their most difficult moments — from urgent crisis situations to the unique challenges faced by older adults. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered. In this new role, I look forward to combining my crisis care expertise with my dedication to geriatric mental health to help clients achieve stability, hope, and a better quality of life.”

Betsy Parise, Office and Patient Coordinator, has over 25 years of experience in administrative support, and she brings a wealth of expertise to her current role. Most recently, she contributed to Superior Physical Therapy by designing a comprehensive referral tracking system, developing training materials for front office staff, and enhancing insurance verification processes. Betsy's passion for improving patient outcomes was evident as she witnessed the transformative journeys of patients throughout their physical therapy experiences.

Betsy shared, “I am excited to leverage my administrative background to launch a new program aimed at elevating patient care and helping individuals achieve a higher quality of life.”
