Stephen Buffat’s gyr peregrine falcon hybrid keeps his foot on a rooster pheasant it brought down during the annual Idaho Falconers Association meet-up in Arco last month. The group wasn’t able to find any grouse to hunt on Friday so they used pheasants for training.
