Idaho State Police reported late Tuesday night that Elizabeth Manning and her 1-month-old daughter Zacora have been located safe and unharmed. No further details were provided. 

ORIGINAL STORY

A statewide alert has been issued regarding a missing 20-year-old Rupert mother and her infant daughter.

Elizabeth Manning and her 1-month-old daughter Zacora are considered to be endangered, according to the Cassia County Sheriff’s Office. The statewide alert asking for the public’s help in locating Elizabeth and Zacora was issued by Idaho State Police late Friday afternoon.

Elizabeth is described as being 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 170 pounds, with hazel eyes and brown hair. She has a tattoo on the back of her left shoulder.

Zacora is 17.5 inches tall and weighs 6 pounds. She has blue eyes, light brown hair and has a birthmark above her nose.

If you have any information on the whereabouts of Elizabeth and Zacora, please dial 911 immediately.

Authorities have not provided any details about the case except that they believe the mother and daughter are endangered.
