TWIN FALLS — The father of Keri Jensen, a Twin Falls woman last seen nearly one month ago, is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to her safe return.

Jensen, 36, left her home Nov. 29 and has not been heard from since. She is considered a vulnerable adult and may be suicidal. She is “shy and uncomfortable around most people,” according to the Twin Falls County Sheriff’s Office.

She is 4 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 85 pounds, and has brown hair and hazel eyes. There is a noticeable birthmark on the right side of her forehead. She was last seen in a white head scarf and black hoodie, and typically wears a thick white knitted headband low on her forehead.

In a possible sighting in Boise on Dec. 5, she was reported to be wearing olive green Carhartt’s pants and a coat.

Jensen may be headed to Oregon, as she previously spent time in Lake County, Ore., the sheriff’s office said Thursday.

She may be driving a white, four-door, 2006 Hyundai Elantra with a sun roof, license plate 2T AS187.
