POCATELLO — A 21-year-old Pocatello man has been charged with fraudulent use of a financial transaction card.

A felony case was filed against Trevon M. Burk in late October for an incident that allegedly occurred in March, according to Bannock County Magistrate Court records. A hearing that will determine if there is enough evidence to take the case to trial has been set for Nov. 18.

Pocatello police say they located and arrested Burk on Saturday on a warrant that had been issued in connection to the case.

Burk was subsequently arraigned on the felony charge on Monday.
