IDAHO FALLS – At approximately 11:30 a.m. this morning, Idaho Falls Police were dispatched to Check Into Cash, 1175 E 17th Street, for reports of an armed robbery.

Officers are looking for a darker skinned, possible Hispanic male suspect in his mid-twenties. He is approximately 5’ 6”, 120 pounds. He was wearing dark, possibly black workout clothes with lime green on the bottom of the legs. He was last seen westbound on 17th and was on moving on foot towards Lowes.

Nearby schools were either placed on “lockout” status or had additional police presence as a precaution. That status has since been lifted.
