POCATELLO — A 47-year-old Bannock County man has been charged with attempted strangulation.

Clay D. Bailey was taken into custody on Jan. 1, after he allegedly tried to strangle an adult female during an argument, according to Bannock County sheriff’s officials.

Bailey was arraigned on the felony charge earlier this month.
