POCATELLO - Idaho State University is celebrating Black History Month with panel discussions that probe sections of the book, "The Audacity of Hope: Thoughts on Reclaiming the American Dream," by President Barack Obama.

Topics are "Republicans and Democrats," Feb. 19, 6 to 8 p.m., Bear River Room PSUB, "Race" and "The World Beyond Our Borders" and Feb. 24, 6 to 8 p.m., North Fork Room, "Opportunity" and "Faith." Copies of the book will be available. F
