Pocatello crash

POCATELLO — A two-vehicle crash at a Pocatello intersection late Wednesday night left one of the drivers hospitalized.

The collision between a Ford pickup and Ford SUV occurred around 11:15 p.m. at East Cedar Street and Jefferson Avenue.

The male driver of the pickup was rushed via Pocatello Fire Department ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center following the crash.

His name and condition haven't been released. 

The wreck temporarily shut down the East Cedar Street-Jefferson Avenue intersection. Both vehicles appeared to be totaled as a result of the crash.

The accident remains under investigation by Pocatello police.
