There appears to be a lot being read into Councilman Bray's comments. Questioning the need to hire additional police hardly warrants the fire storm Roger is experiencing. Not always do I agree with the councilman, but believe he has proven himself as being concerned, involved citizen who cares about our city and its people. To borrow a quote " He who takes offense when no offense is intended is a fool"
