CHUBBUCK — There will be a Halloween Costume Exchange on Friday, Sept. 27, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Portneuf District Library in Chubbuck.

Bring your gently used, clean costumes to the library any time before or on the day of the event.

All children and adult sizes are welcome.
