The ISU Wind Ensemble and Civic Band will perform this Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. in the Jensen Grand Hall at the Stephens Performing Arts Center, performing a variety of works they have been working on this year. General admission is $10, ISU faculty and staff tickets are $7, pre-college age and ISU students get in free with a valid school ID. The Idaho State University women’s basketball team returns home to play the University of Idaho this Thursday at 7 p.m. and Eastern Washington on Saturday at 2 p.m., with both games in Reed Gym. Oscar nominated “Sing Sing” will be shown this Sunday at 4 and 7 p.m. in the Bengal Theater. Garnering three nominations, including a Best Actor nod, the film tells the true story of Divine G, imprisoned for a crime he didn’t commit, who finds purpose by acting in a theatre group alongside other incarcerated men, including a wary newcomer who challenges him to the core.
