Fueled by Miah Lusk’s complete-game, 14-strikeout game in the circle, Poky had no trouble taking care of Preston in Game 1 of this doubleheader, getting two-RBI games from Taylee Rogers, McKinley Hill and Jordy Snell. Anna Campbell also collected three hits in the win.

Pocatello 17, Preston 0

In an offensive eruption, Pocatello plated six runs in the first inning and fifth innings. Kate Jolley logged four RBI on three hits, McKinley Hill drove in three runs on two hits and four other Thunder players posted multi-hit games, supplementing Taylee Rogers’ five-inning shutout in the circle.

Pocatello (21-0, 6-0) hosts Thunder Ridge on Friday afternoon.
