CACHE HIKERS WINTER OUTINGS
The Cache Hikers will host a winter moonlight excursion in Franklin Basin on Saturday, March 11. This is an easy snowshoe or cross-country ski activity, about 5 miles round trip. Bring a headlamp/flashlight, warm drink, and warm clothing and a donation for gas if carpooling. Make sure your equipment is adequate and that you have the skill and stamina necessary for the trip. The trip leader may alter plans if necessary.

MAPLE SYRUP WORKSHOP
A maple syrup workshop will be held 1-3 p.m. Saturday, March 18 at Stokes Nature Center in Logan Canyon. Get acquainted with the best trees for syrup-making, practice your tapping skills, taste sap straight from the trunk, and discover the process of turning sap into syrup. Each participant will leave the workshop with their own tree tapping “spile” and small sample of Stokes Nature Center syrup. Cost is $8 for SNC members and $10 for non-members. NATIVE PLANTS WORKSHOP
The Utah Native Plant Society, Cache Master Gardeners and USU Cache County Extension will hold a native plant propagation workshop from 6-9 p.m. Thursday, March 16 and 9 a.m.-noon Saturday, March 18. $25 Master Gardener & UNPS members; $30 all others. CACHE ARCHERS ANNUAL CLASSIC
