UPDATE

LEGEND NICO GARZA-COTA has been located safe.

ORIGINAL STORY

An Amber Alert has been issued out of Ada County. 

The suspect is 39-year-old Marisol Garza, who abducted her son, Legend Garza-Cota on Jan. 19. 

Legend is 1-year-old with brown hair and brown eyes. He is wearing red shoes and a black jacket. 

She is driving a 2006 Nissan Altima, license plate number 2C-VC772. 

Police believe Legend to be in imminent danger.
