IDAHO FALLS — Four people were arrested Sunday after a drug bust in Idaho Falls netted multiple narcotics, including 22.4 grams of methamphetamine.
Teresa Olds has been charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.
Shanna Mae Garner, Henry Charboneau and Pedro A. Lopez were each charged with misdemeanor frequenting a place where controlled substances are used, manufactured, cultivated, held, delivered or given.
Police said Charboneau also had a felony warrant at the time of his arrest.
The Idaho Falls Police Department made the arrests on Sunday after serving a search warrant at a residence near East 21st Street and South Boulevard. Police said the SWAT team approached the home with two armored vehicles and announced their arrival over a loudspeaker.
Authorities then asked everybody in the house to come out with their hands up. After breaching the residence, police said Olds, Garner, Charboneau and Lopez were arrested and taken into custody.
At the scene, police found 22.4 grams of methamphetamine, a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and other narcotics that are unidentified and undergoing testing.
The Idaho Falls Police Department noted that the threshold for drug trafficking charges is 28 grams or more of methamphetamine.
