There are numerous Easter egg hunts happening throughout the region this week.

Bannock CountyHoppin’ & Shoppin’ with the Easter Bunny will take place from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at the Pocatello Elks Lodge, 410 S. Main St. SRD’s traveling animals will be there with the Easter Bunny. An egg hunt starts at 1 p.m. For more information, visit pocatelloevents.com.

Hope South, 1001 N. Seventh Ave., Suite 150, in Pocatello, will host an Easter egg hunt from 3-5 p.m. Friday.

The Great Egg Hunt will take place Friday and Saturday in Pocatello. Visit participating businesses and take a picture with the decorated egg. Collect at least seven pictures and bring them into Family Fun Party and Balloons, 1023 Yellowstone Ave., Suite O, by 6 p.m. Saturday and claim your Easter basket full of goodies. An Easter Bash is set for Saturday at Alameda Park in Pocatello. A pancake breakfast will take place at 10 a.m., followed by egg hunts at 11:15 a.m. for ages 0-4, 11:30 a.m. for ages 5-8 and 11:45 a.m. for ages 9-12. There will also be a DJ, prizes and more than 20,000 eggs.

The Pocatello Christian Outreach Center will host its second annual Easter egg hunt at 10 a.m. Saturday at O.K. Ward Park in Pocatello.

Bisharat Market & Auto will host its annual Easter egg hunt at 10 a.m. Saturday at State Park in Inkom.

The eighth annual EggCessible Easter Egg Hunt (for children with special needs and their families) takes place at 11 a.m. Saturday at Stuart Park, 5161 Stuart Ave in Chubbuck. Admission is free, but a ticket is required for family entry. Get tickets at the Portneuf District Library or various therapy agencies.

There will be an Easter egg hunt starting at noon Saturday at Buddy Campbell City Park in Lava Hot Springs.

Downata Hot Springs is hosting its annual Easter Egg Hunting Day at 1 p.m. Saturday. Tickets must be purchased from downatahotsprings.com by Friday. These are the “Easter Fun” day passes.

The 18th annual Easter Egg hunt hosted by Kappa Sigma will take place at 10 a.m. Sunday at the ISU Quad in Pocatello.

Bear Lake CountyThe Montpelier Easter Egg Hunt is taking place at 1 p.m. at the local middle school gym, 633 Washington St. in Montpelier.

Bingham CountyTilden Co., 100 W. Bridge St. in Blackfoot, will host an Easter egg hunt at 10 a.m. Saturday.

The Kiwanis Club of Shelley and Firth will host its annual Easter egg hunt at 11 a.m. Saturday at Dawn Lloyd Park in Shelley.

Bonneville CountyThe ninth annual Great Easter Egg Hunt will take place from 9:30 a.m. to noon Saturday at the Waterfront at Snake River Landing in Idaho Falls. For more information, including start times for individual age groups, visit facebook.com/greategghunt.

The city of Ammon will hold its annual Easter egg hunt at 10 a.m. Saturday at McCowin Park.

Hop to downtown Idaho Falls at noon Saturday to find the Easter Bunny. There are 27 bunnies hidden throughout downtown waiting for you to find them. Follow the map to find a minimum of 20 bunnies. Once they have been found and marked off your map, you will head back to the Civitan Plaza to turn in your map in exchange for a prize. After receiving your prize, meet the Easter Bunny.

Hope Lutheran Church, 2071 12th St. in Idaho Falls, will host a drive-thru Easter egg hunt from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Saturday. Enter from the east side entrance on 12th Street. Bags will be distributed in front of the church. Exit through the west exit.

Caribou CountyIf you would like someone to egg your yard for you on Easter Eve, call Crystal Peterson at 307-287-8479. All proceeds go to Caribou TwiStars Gymnastics. The gymnastics team is located in Grace, but will egg houses elsewhere as well starting at 9 p.m. Saturday.

There will be an Easter egg hunt at 11 a.m. Friday in the field behind Soda Sip, 210 S. Third Ave. in Soda Springs.

Bear River Chiropractic, 45 W. Center St. in Soda Springs, will host an Easter egg hunt from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday. There will also be free pictures with the Easter Bunny.

Franklin CountyThe city of Preston will be having the Lions Club Easter Egg Hunt from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Preston City Park, 98 W. Second N. in Preston. Visit prestonidaho.net for more info.

Fremont CountyThe St. Anthony Idaho Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Easter egg hunt at 10 a.m. Saturday at the St. Anthony Ball Diamonds, weather permitting.

The Ashton Community Easter Egg Hunt will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday at North Fremont High School. This year’s event will be a drive-thru because of weather conditions.

Jefferson CountyThere will be an Easter egg hunt at 10 a.m. at Rigby City Park. Afterward, there will be a golden egg scavenger hunt for kids ages 12-17.

Madison CountyRexburg’s annual Easter egg hunt is set for 10 a.m. Saturday at Porter Park.

Oneida CountyThe Oneida County EMS annual Easter egg hunt will take place at 10 a.m. Saturday at Malad City Park, 20 S. 100 W. in Malad.

Power CountyNextHome Home Run Realty, 2842 Pocatello Ave. in American Falls, will host a Happy Easter Event from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday. Take photos with the Easter Bunny and pick up a goodie filled egg.
