Award-winning photographer Roger Boe of Pocatello will lead a photography walk Memorial Day weekend at the Craters of the Moon.

Photographers at all levels of expertise are invited to participate. Photographs of the trip will be displayed in the Craters of the Moon gallery at Walrus and Carpenter Books in Old Town.

The Craters of the Moon Natural History Association recently awarded Dr. Boe a generous grant to publish a book of his photographs of the monument.

His work, too, is featured as part of the Idaho Museum of Natural History’s exhibition on the exploration of Mars that opens this month.
