The White House says the United States is banning dairy products, most alcoholic beverages and some motorcycles from Canada, as their trade war escalates. The ban will take effect Sept. 29 and comes after Canada's retaliatory tariffs took effect earlier Tuesday on $20 billion in U.S. imports. A senior administration official said U.S. President Donald Trump signed paperwork Tuesday outlining his justification for the ban. The documents were posted on the White House's website.
