POCATELLO — A 34-year-old Pocatello man is facing a felony drug charge in Bannock County.

Jake D. Hill has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, according to Magistrate Court records. A hearing that will determine if there is enough evidence to take his case to trial has been set for May 10.

Pocatello police arrested Hill while investigating a suspicious person/circumstance on Walnut Street on Saturday. They say he had heroin in his possession at that time.
