POCATELLO—Emergency units responded to the Kirkham Trailhead near Ross Park Thursday night to save a man who was possibly trying to commit suicide.
Reports indicated the man, whose identity has not been released, was inside a van with a hose going from the van's exhaust into the vehicle's interior.
The man was rushed by Pocatello Fire Department ambulance to Portneuf Medical Center after police located him in the van around 7:40 p.m.
His condition was not initially available.
