Chubbuck resident David A. Walker is accused of misdemeanor battery.

    According to Bannock County Sheriff’s Office deputies, the man was officially charged with the crime on Monday around 7:11 p.m. He  was placed under arrest at the Bannock County Jail.

    Amanda J. Haber, of Pocatello, was also taken into custody on Monday. She is accused of frequenting a drug establishment, a misdemeanor.

    Haber was taken into custody around 4:30 p.m. at the Bannock County courthouse.
