David Bell Mug Shot

    IDAHO FALLS — David Bell, 40, of Idaho Falls, was arrested Wednesday and charged with sexual battery of a child between the ages of 16 and 17 years old.

    According to the Idaho Falls Police Department report, the victim was 17 at the time.

    The accusation was reported to police on Wednesday.

    The alleged victim says the incident occurred on August 12, 2012.

    Bell was taken to the Bonneville County Jail.
