IDAHO FALLS — An Idaho Falls man charged with first-degree murder will face trial in February.Â
Antonio M. Bautista was supposed to go to trial for the felony charge in late January, but the State requested a continuance that was granted on Monday, said Daniel R. Clark, Bonneville County’s chief deputy prosecuting attorney. The trial has been rescheduled for Feb. 4.Â
Bautista was charged with the felony for his alleged role in the death of a 16-month-old Esmiie Quezada.Â
