Saturday at Assemble' in Pocatello:

This is the last Pocatello Second Saturday Contra Dance until September. It will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Assemble’ Learning and Event Center, 820 E. Young St.

Attendees are invited to the 7 p.m. instructional session to learn basic moves, brush up on contra dance technique and assist any newcomers.

Bring soft-soled shoes to change into. Attendees are invited to bring their favorite spring refreshment to share — and bring a friend.

Luann Claussen will teach and call the dances, and Rune Stone and Friends will provide lively music.

Tickets are $10 per individual, with discounts available.
