POCATELLO — Please join the Happy Hands Quilt Club members for their September meeting to be held in the basement of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, located at 215 N. 18th Ave. in Pocatello. Members and guests will gather at 9:30 a.m. Sept. 13. The meeting will begin at 10 a.m.

The September program will be a very special trunk show given by Marna Sorensen. Marna is an expert quilter in not only many different kinds of quilting but also in different materials used to create beautiful quilts. Marna will start our meeting off with her special presentation.

The club’s business meeting will follow the trunk shop. It will include show and tell, awards to those finishing their UFO challenge projects and an opportunity to check out books from the club’s library.

There will be no Sew Day for the fouth Wednesday of September due to the regional On the Trail Shop Hop in progress from Sept. 19 to Oct. 2. Please support your local quilt shops during this year’s Shop Hop. Thank you so much.
