Blackfoot quarterback Jaxon Grimmett completed 12 of 25 passes for 166 yards and two touchdowns, while receivers Deegan Hale (four catches, 83 yards) and Ja'Vonte King (seven catches, 77 yards) each caught a touchdown and logged an interception.

After the Cougars took the lead with roughly 90 seconds to play, the Tigers got the ball back, but they couldn't tie the game. They move to 2-1 on the season ahead of next week's matchup with Soda Springs.
