BLACKFOOT — The Bingham County Prosecutor’s Office released more information Tuesday about the alleged bullying and battery incident that occurred at Snake River High School in late August.

“I feel it is appropriate to inform the public at this time of the progress in this case, specifically that the three juveniles involved in committing acts of bullying and battery against another juvenile at Snake River High School on Aug. 24, 2017, will be handled within the Bingham County Juvenile Justice System and Bingham County Juvenile Probation Services,” Prosecutor Cleve B. Colson said in the news release. “Due to all parties being juveniles, I will not be commenting or releasing further information on this matter at this time.”
