   A Firth man is accused of assaulting an officer, a felony charge.
   Romelio Martinez faces such a charge and was taken into custody around 2:26 p.m. on Tuesday, according to a Bannock County arrest report.
   Also arrested on Tuesday was Joshua Todd Marley. The 35-year-old Pocatello resident is charged with malicious injury to property.
   Pocatello Police Department officials say they caught up with Marley around
8:52 a.m. along 10th Avenue.
   Both men were taken to the Bannock County Jail.
