Joe Bingham Brower

POCATELLO — Police arrested Joe Bingham Brower Sunday morning for driving under the influence after he reportedly crashed his vehicle into two parked vehicles.

According to police, officers responded to 1626 N. Harrison Ave. just before 2 a.m. Sunday for the report of an accident. An officer located a 1989 maroon colored Jaguar that had struck two parked vehicles in the area.

Officers discovered that the vehicle was registered to Brower. A witness stated that she had heard and crash and went outside, then saw a Caucasian male go around the back of the vehicle and then get the passenger out of the vehicle. The witness then saw the two walking southbound on Harrison.

Brower was located in the 1400 block of N. Harrison Ave. and arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. He was taken to the Bannock County Jail and incarcerated in lieu of bond.
