BOISE — The 2012 edition of the Idaho Lottery’s $1,000,000 Raffle game is now sold-out as all 250,000 tickets have been sold.
The last ticket was sold last Saturday afternoon. No additional tickets will be issued, according to lottery officials.
A little over 25 percent of the entire number of game tickets were sold in the final eight days of sales.
“We would like to say thank you to all our players and retail partners for their participation since this game began, and especially during the past week,” said Idaho Lottery Director Jeff Anderson in a news release. “Someone right now is holding a ticket worth $1,000,000. All players holding an Idaho $1,000,000 Raffle ticket should sign the back of it and keep it in a safe place until the winning numbers are announced on Wednesday evening.”
The winning numbers will be announced this Wednesday, Jan. 2 at 6 p.m.
In addition to the top prize of $1,000,000, there are four $10,000 prizes, fifty $1,000 prizes, one-thousand $100 prizes, one-thousand $50 prizes, and twenty-four hundred $25 prizes to be dispersed.
