Remington Capps

   IDAHO FALLS — Remington Capps, 24, of Idaho Falls, was arrested Tuesday and charged with lewd conduct with a minor under 16 and sexual abuse of a child under 16 years in age.

    According to the Idaho Falls Police report, the investigation began after detectives received information back in Oct. that Capps had inappropriate contact with a 15-year-old boy during a house party in June 2013.

    The alleged incident reportedly occurred in the 1500 block of Richards Avenue.

    Capps was taken to the Bonneville County Jail.
