Police investigation

Pocatello police investigate the discovery of a deceased homeless woman in a vehicle in the parking lot of a business at East Benton Street and South Fourth Avenue.

POCATELLO — Police are investigating after a deceased homeless woman was found in a vehicle near a busy Pocatello intersection.

Police said they were called to the parking lot of a business at South Fourth Avenue and East Benton Street around 3:50 p.m. Friday after employees of the business found the woman dead in her car.

The Bannock County Coroner’s Office on Monday identified the woman who was found dead as Jennifer Keith, 44.

Police said they called in the Bannock County Coroner’s Office to help determine Keith’s cause of death as well as how long she had been dead in the vehicle.

Police said that although Keith’s death remains under investigation they do not believe there is any threat to the public at this time.

Matthew 26:11, (NIV), Jesus responded, "The poor you will always have with you, but you will not always have me."

“Today, China has one of the highest homeownership rates in the world, surpassing 90 percent”

So I think we might benefit from learning about anti-poverty campaigns in China and how they deal with homelessness.

And by the way, based on my life experience as much as I hate to say this, I have some doubts in regards to this book about Jesus. So sometimes I have a feeling that we might be worshiping a wrong God.

How many more of our fellow human beings are homeless or “living out of her car”, if they lucky to still have one, in Pocatello? Or how many people have to “muddle through somehow” Halloween-Thanksgiving-to-the-Christmas while we are voting to “Make America Great Again” on November 5th?

Thanks God people like Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, and Mark Zuckerberg are doing much better this year.

Also we are very proud the Ukraine and Israel are looked after and taken care of.

don't forget all the movie stars, Sports gpds, Rap stars and music stars. We the poor people make them rich beyond compare. Every person that buys their music or goes to a concert or a game or a movie gives the movie star and their boss's lots of money to do whatever they want. There's no delayed gratification. People won't wait till it comes out on netflix they go to the theatre and pay big time. I am not saying don't ever listen to music or go out but have some moderation! maybe we help the homeless more. The Humane Society gets more donations than People.

I think to be fair, any homeless human being should be allowed to occupy a spot at the animal shelter if you choose to do so.
