BANNOCK COUNTY — The Bannock County Assessor’s Office is in the process of mailing out its 2017 Assessment Notices.

When residents receive notices, please review them carefully. If you have any questions or concerns, contact your appraiser by calling the phone number that is printed on the front of the notice.

If you do not receive a notice, please contact our office and verify the correct mailing address. We would like to encourage you to speak with our office first before filing for the Board of Equalization.

The Board of Equalization meets the fourth Monday in June to the second Monday in July.

The form to file for Board of Equalization can be found online at www.bannockcounty.com under the Bannock County Assessor download help forms. You can also pick up one at the Assessor’s office located in the Courthouse annex at 130 N. 6th Ave.

However, we encourage you to contact your appraiser first no later than June 23. The form for filing an appeal must be filed on or before June 26.
