    Dec. 15, 1987: Despite recent cold temperatures Pocatello will have to wait for the Caldwell Park ice rink to open. “We just can’t get a base established,” said Con Gilmore, the city recreation superintendent. They have sprayed the area several times.    

    50 years ago

    Dec. 15, 1962: Parents of Grace High School students attended school while the students stayed homne. Each classroom teacher passed out report cards and talked with parents. LeRoy Hare, superintendent, spoke at an assembly in the afternoon.
