IDAHO FALLS — A thief stole a set of tools worth an estimated $900 from the Union Pacific Railroad shop located at 1050 N. Emerson Ave. on either April 24 or April 25.

    According to the police report, Idaho Falls Police Department officers were contacted Thursday morning after the owner made the discovery. The unknown suspect, or suspects, reportedly forced open the door to the business and took various tools including pliers, wrenches, sockets and ratchets.
