FIRTH - A celebration to honor the third straight 2A state title won by the Firth boys' basketball team last weekend will be hosted in the school's gymnasium on Thursday at 10 a.m.

Firth downed Aberdeen at the Idaho Center on Saturday to become the first of two Bingham County schools to take home a state basketball championship. Three hours after Firth completed the task, Shelley won the 3A state title.

Firth coach Scott Adams said the public is welcome to come celebrate the victory.
