She just report what the caller tells her so aren't the 911 lady and the guy that made the call more responsible than the police. If it had been an intoxicated male that was attacking 2 women and another man in a domestic violence situation the officers did what they had been trained to do. But there were so many variables the guy had several disabilities and yes disabled people can be very violent, The officers didn't know he was only 17 and disabled that he only spoke spanish and this was his family. They didn't know this because they didn't receive the information. Why didn't the 911 operator ask more questions before the officers got there? Why ?
