HANSEN - Behind another huge night from Magic Smith, Sho-Ban surged past Hansen in the second half for an 88-66 road win Saturday.

Smith scored 33 of his 46 points after halftime, and Sho-Ban overturned a 35-32 halftime deficit by scoring 24 points in the third quarter and 32 in the fourth. Smith's 17 fourth-quarter points were more than Hansen's output in the period.

"We started pressing in the second half," Sho-Ban coach Merle Smith said. "We had to change things because they had us down. We didn't find our legs to start with. We were dead, a little bit."

Smith added 17 rebounds, seven assists, seven steals and five blocks. Levander Eschief scored 17 points, and Lonzo Coby had 14.

Sho-Ban (9-3, 3-0 1A Division 1 Snake River) next hosts Oakley on Tuesday.
