  Boaters are being urged to use caution Sunday on American Falls Reservoir.
  The National Weather Service has issued a lake wind advisory for the reservoir on Sunday warning of gusts of up to 30 mph.
  The winds will be at their worst from noon to 9 p.m.
  The weather service says boaters on the reservoir should be prepared for rough waters that could capsize boats.
