BLACKFOOT — A Blackfoot man will serve time in prison for sexually abusing two children.

Daniel Epps Williams, who pleaded guilty to two felony counts of sexual abuse of a child under 16 years of age, was sentenced to serve between nine and 25 years in prison for each of the counts, and he will have to serve those sentences consecutively, said Bingham County Chief Deputy Prosecutor Paul Rogers.

Williams will also have to register as a sex offender.

The crimes that occurred in 2014 involved two 7-year-old children from two different families, Rogers said.
