SOUTHEAST IDAHO — Oral Surgery Specialists of Idaho is accepting applications for its annual Second Chance program, which will provide one deserving resident with a complimentary $50,000 complete smile restoration. Applications are open now through Sept. 4 at facialandoralsurgery.com/secondchance.

The selected recipient will receive a full-arch restoration, replacing missing or failing teeth with a prosthetic smile supported by dental implants. Southeast Idaho area residents with multiple missing or failing teeth who cannot afford the extensive restorative treatment they need are encouraged to apply.

Missing or failing teeth can affect far more than appearance, making everyday activities like eating and speaking difficult while taking a toll on confidence and quality of life. For those who need extensive restorative treatment, cost can put a healthy, functional smile out of reach.

Apply by completing the short online application and uploading photos of your current smile and teeth. Submit by Sept. 4.
