IDAHO FALLS — Two people were arrested after police say they provided false names during a routine traffic stop in the area of First Street and Wabash Avenue around 11:50 p.m. Monday night.
   Sarah Rhiannon Okeefe, 29, of Idaho Falls, was taken into custody and charged with providing false information to police and possession of a stolen credit card. Idaho Falls Police Department officials say they found two stolen credit cards in her possession as she was being booked into jail early Tuesday morning.
   Okeefe’s passenger, Brett Tyler Carroll, 20, of Idaho Falls, was also arrested for providing false information to police. He is also accused of possessing methamphetamines in the amount of .43 grams.
   IFPD officials further indicated that Carroll had three Bonneville County issued warrants out for his arrest.
   Both individuals were taken to the Bonneville County Jail.
