POCATELLO — Aid for Friends “Splish Splash” pool fundraiser will be Aug. 2 at the Ross Park Band Shell and Aquatic Complex in Pocatello. The event starts at 5 p.m., with music, games and raffles, prizes and picnic-style barbecue by donation. From 7 to 9:30 p.m. there will be the swim. 

Cost is $5 single or $15 for a family of four. Don’t forget your own chairs/blankets. Proceeds will go to the Aid for Friends homeless shelter. 

Tickets are available at Aid for Friends office, 555 S. First Ave., Snug Fleece, 2740 Pole Line Road or Wells Fargo Bank, 950 Yellowstone Ave.
